Netflix: Do I need to have a 4K stream to get atmos?

I don’t have a 4K display (yet) but I do now have Atmos capability.  
 

If I upgrade to premium Netflix do I only get Atmos if I select 4K?   In other words can I have Atmos sound with a regular HD stream?
