The retail of these are around 24k plus AUD. The speakers can be easily driven at 90db at 6 ohms. I listen to these with a Moon amp connected with a krell pre amp designed by Dan Agnostino linked with digital source from Aurender to mutec clock to an Accuphase dac as you can see in the photo. I am very happy with the sound of this setup, the style of music I play is mainly jazz and classical. This setup is one of the very best I’ve heard amongst setup that have way higher rrp. But the opportunity to try more expensive speakers is really hard to resist. I’m sure other components will be swapped at some point when opportunity presents. These are absolutely keepers and got the wife friendly factor, the photos don’t do the justice as these are made out of wood harvested from France, crafted in Austria, beautifully made, a fine piece should be displayed in the open. Sound is in the hi-end bracket. Ayon speakers are not bright as you would expect at this market. These can relive your favourite concert and cast members in front of you when vocalising. I’ve been looking for this and these can do, that is instruments sounding real, distinctly floating in their own spaces. The soundstage is top notch and imaging has high sense of definition and stability (controlled). The feet in the photo are special feet, not included in the price.
