Hello Grumpy,

I'm no expert on the matter, but there are Youtube download programs one can get that allow you to do this. One can get these from the usual computer swap meets or download one on line (be careful what you download and install) . I have tried one called "Get-it" which seems to work well. When installed and when you are on youtube, when the mouse is over the youtube image a "Get it" icon appears which when clicked allows you to download the file.

The only issue is sometimes the format: mp4, flv, etc... may or may not be to your liking and you have to try to deal with that through video converter or video editing software . There was also another downloader I once tried called something like Orbit.

Grumps,

it depends on how you want to play them after burning to disc.

If you just want to play them on a computer it is easier, if you want to play them on a normal standalone DVD player, there is a little more involved.

There are freeware programs that can do this for you. If you like I could probably write up a few suggestions and a sort of guide.

PM for more info.
