When I could here a difference between power cables I found this cable better than the Tunami - that cost a lot more. These days I can't even hear a difference between DACs so I don't need expensive power cables.

Cable jacket is worn as it has been a few years

- Their excellent traction control and flexibility are achieved by integrating four different types of materials. Features


- PCOCC-A - PCOCC copper is a material that includes very few impurities and insures very low levels of signal disturbance. Because of its low incidence of grain boundaries, the signal passes without impediment or distortion. Heating and cooling the PCOCC wire under controlled circumstances yields a densely re-crystallized, highly pure structure called a μ conductor. The resulting product with a mirror finish applied is called PCOCC-A copper. This highly advanced product is made possible by the combined application of high technology and traditional Japanese craftsmanship

- Elastomer Resin - The effort for vibration suppression that we have approached in these years is applied to PA-22/PA-23. We selected four different types of resin for damping of internal and external vibration. Especially, elastomer resin filled in the first layer has excellent mechanical characteristic and electrical isolation. There is no other cable except PA-22/PA-23. The superior repulsive power and impact absorption power make a great contribution to the vibration damping

- Double-Layered Shielding - We have advocated the importance of noise protection which becomes a defining feature of power cable. For the first layer, semiconductor layer (carbon) is employed for its characteristic that discharges static electricity without affecting its conductor. A copper foil shielding is set as the second layer to protect the conductor from external noise. Due to this Double-layered shielding, we ensure high-level noise protection capability of PA-22/23

- Multi-Stranded Wire Structure - A core component of PA-22/PA-23 is PCOCC-A signal transmission unit and it forms the Multi-stranded wire structure which was originally invented for ACROSS series and reflects our solid design concept. Rather than twisting whole wires, the triple-layered inverted concentric structure is employed for maximum density and uniformity of wire structure and for infilling of internal space and preventing deformation among the wires

- Insulator - After the deep analysis for insulator, we selected polymer polyolefin that has different degree of hardness at interior and exterior to prevent negative effect by sympathetic vibration. Moreover, this material has a quarter of permittivity compared to common PVC and we paid careful attention to strengthen the cohesiveness of its insulator and conductor in order to infill random space and maintain a high-quality signal transmission
