Extra Info:  My beloved SC-LX90 - its a real beast. If you have no inention of going Atmos or the likes this is THE amp for you. Does DTS-HD MA, TrueHD, plus all the other formats before that. Also does DSD direct which I have been using with my Denon 3910 and a i-link cable. I have the original manual, remote and MCACC mic but I do not have the original box. It it fully up to date with firmwares.

The Mothership!

This generation of the Pioneer LX series was possibly the best for sound, made massive waves when launched, a real game changer for Pioneer moving to ICE Power.

You just wont see another AV Receiver like this one ever again I suspect!

Totally agree, I had to spend $14k on NAD gear to get something better than this. If you dont need Atmos then this amp would do you for another 10 years.

I didnt mention it in the ad but I was able to drive 7 Dynaudio (i.e. quite demanding 4 Ohms) using this amp with ease. I could not do this with the Denon I had previously.
