There is some muck on the textured rubber bits of the remote charger, and some marks on the textured rubber bit of the remote, but generally good. Its all straightforward to operate. The Hub can control via IP and IR. The remote connects via Bluetooth to the Hub, so they can be out of sight of each other and still work.
