I tried the Bose, Sony and Sennheiser and preffered these the most for natural sound. You can turn the noise cancelling off aswell which is handy. Used for several long haul flights no issues (both wireless to my laptop or phone or cable connected with the included airplane adapter) and can confirm the battery life is over 15hours.
