Best regards Lars I've had my Northcreek crossovers for over a year now and I'm happy with the improvements it made to the system. The base is much improved as is detail and overal coherency of the sound. They aren't cheap, but they come with a 6 month trial period and money back guarantee. Festooned Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 (edited) Wow, that sounds like a steal. I have fond memories of some Stages being driven by an ME1400. Just gorgeous - though they don't need quite that much of a boat anchor to delight. The mini-grand set-up would be an end-game system for many I suspect. You get the sound-staging of the dipoles and the punch of some very good conventional bass boxes. Edited November 18, 2019 by treuben 1
Koalabear Posted November 18, 2019 Author Posted November 18, 2019 Hi Treuben, You are absolutely correct. Even elevating the Stages on the sub platform without activating the subs results in a great improvement. The Northcreek crossovers take the stages to another level. Have a lovely day.
