Item: Anthem AVM 50 v 3D
Location: Adelaide Hills, SA.
Price: $2000
Item Condition: Near new. Was un-boxed and sat virtually untouched in my stereo cabinet.
Reason for selling: Upgraded
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only
Extra Info: In perfect condition, works flawlessly. Has a fantastic sound and I was  very happy  to use it for both stereo and surround. Its all packed up in the  original double boxing. Local purchasers are welcome to come and have a look at the unit. I'm happy to ship interstate at buyers expense. Comes with the room correction mic, stand and software, all original accessories. Purchased about 3 years ago from VAF research in Adelaide.

I used this for quite a while in my 4K setup with an Oppo UDP-203. I used the 1.4 HDMI audio only output to route sound to the AVM50v3D and then the HDMI 2 to pump picture to the TV. In that configuration I believe this would be one of the best bang for buck AV receivers available for someone putting together a system, 4K or otherwise. The build quality is quite a bit better than the AVM 60 that i have replaced it with. I only upgraded to be able to switch multiple 4K signals.

I have one of these and can honestly say it is the most flexible piece of A/V gear I have ever owned. Being able to assign everything via the menu and change settings easily is a godsend.  Fantastic audio and video quality and built like a tank.  GLWTS!!

I also run one of these in my 4k set-up still using the HDMI connection to route the audio. It is an exceptional unit with very extensive and advanced customisable configurations for the value.

Good luck with the sale. Great deal for anyone given they neared a $8k RRP on today's exchange rates...

Does this version support HDR/ 18Gbps output?

As noted its hdmi 1.4 not 2.0 ; if feeding from a dual hdmi 4k player just feed the second audio hdmi port through it ; the main hdmi2.0 can handle any HDR . GLWTS
