I want to get some custom stands made for my speakers and subs

I want to do something like the goldmund style modular arrangement: 250218086_images(10).jpeg.24de4e8e90c94948ca2ba0aacfd86530.jpeg

Or the audionec: 948008902_images(11).jpeg.79afd38631d5423e4f8549a6e9b72eb4.jpeg

My subs are elac, front firing with a passive radiator beneath.

Will lifting them off the ground compromise the sound quality?

by taking a sub off the ground you are decoupling them from the floor acoustically, the effect may vary from speaker to speaker,  could produce the perception of less bass ,or even a cleaner bass, and adjustments in the crossover may be needed , for every action there is a reaction ,be it good or bad

if the elac has a downward facing passive this has been adjusted acoustically with this in mind,

the radiator sees the volume of air in front of it  and reacts accordingly  ,with the other speaker in the box,

as intended,

by taking it up off the ground away from the floor that the passive reacts to,

may well change its sound a fair bit ,and speaker would not be performing as it was intended

better or worse it would be your call
