Very versatile and capable CD player, with network streaming functions. Warm yet clean, detail, open, and accurate sound. 

 

Airplay 2, Bluetooth, dual bands wifi, internet radio, Tidal, Spotify, etc. HEOS network steaming and multiroom support.

Dedicate headphone amp. Marantz HDAM-SA2 circuit. Plenty of inputs and outputs. 

 

Minimal use(mainly for streaming tidal), brand new remote, full accessories and original box, smooth operational CD transport, great quality player, Made in Japan.

That's a sharp price for a near new unit. Slightly relieved it's the wrong colour for me (I stupidly bought the PM8006 in the far less common silver gold), otherwise I'd be putting a dent in the credit card right around now.

 

How did you find HEOS to use?

Silver pm8006 is sexy. 

 

Heos control apps works well, similar to BlueOs, tried it on both iOS and Android. Mainly used it to stream Tidal. Able to control, playlist etc. Don’t have other HEOS product to test out multiroom.

Good to know it works well for both OSes. I'm a long time Android user, and my partner is very much embedded in the iOS ecosystem. It's really frustrating when one of us is having a fantastic experience with a product, and the other wants to set it on fire.

marantz make some lovely spinners and they are not just spinners these days either. looks like an amazing bargain there for what seems a pretty much new unit !
