Reason for selling: Not suitable for a huge rumpus room:( I've gone back to floor-standers.

Humm...  I wonder if the wife will let me buy these cause they will match the entertainment unit.  Beautiful looking speakers.

Just lovely speakers, which get better and better with each amplifier upgrade. I heard them at length with a Schiit Freya/Vidar running in stereo. After that a second Vidar was added for a dual mono set up and with four times the power and more way control, these just went to another level. I shouldn't have been surprised ,but surprised I certainly was.

 

Edit: @Yogi Bear. May I enquire what amplifier you were using with these and also, just to clarify, do they come with stands?

Thanks for the reply Mr Bear, but I was hoping for something a bit more precise than that. You see I too have a large open area with high ceilings. There's no point in me showing any interest in these speakers if they are not suitable, that's why I was asking.
