Need an avr (integrated with an optical in also fine) basically for the Mrs to use once a week for a few hours on the bedroom TV/iphone out that:

 

- Is remote control

- Makes speakers output sound

- does not catch fire

 

Will check my local store and scour the classifieds as well.
