Mine, sadly, is filling up cupboard space.    I should sell some of the tapes. I do have a dozen or so pre-recorded that I should sort out and sell.

Not many pre-recorded tapes for sale down here in Hobart; maybe Black and White Minstrels or similar but nothing decent. I've only got a few crappy ones/home made stuff.

I've seen some laying around in 'antique' shops but never bought any.

Mate of mine found some demo/studio tapes in Lismore years ago, the above member likely knows a couple of the artists.

Clicked on 'other' as I wasn't able to choose two options. 

I use a 2 track and a 4 track machine for different purposes. 

The 4 track is purely for playback of pre recorded tape. 

The 2 track is for taping some special records or albums I have borrowed. However I'd love to listen to some pre recorded 2 track tapes.

Thanks for voting - quite interesting results.  I'd probably use mine if the price of new bank tape wasn't so expensive!

I record certain records to mine which I can’t find easily on Tidal/ Spotify. I use it for playback of said records when I have guests or am busy doing work around the house and don’t want to be flipping albums.

I also use a minidisc deck for this as well [emoji854]

I play mine when I want to hear my system at its very best

I have a two track machine; I take out to a jazz club and plug into the mixing board for a two channel copy of the gig.  The sound guy does a good job and they sound fantastic.  
I have a few pre-recorded 4 and 2 track tapes, always on the look out for more.
