Ariki Padlie Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Hey Guys,a mate of mine has purchased a few second hand items and was looking at getting them packed and sent to Melbourne Australia "safely" where he now resides. Any ideas on anyone that can pack them well and send them to Australia for a reasonable price? They are going to be quite heavy...a Perreaux SM3 and PMF 2350 and also a Sony 557ESD....so around close to 40Kg all up. If the cost is too high he may have to leave them with me to tinker with hehehe So bring on the high prices  Any help appreciated.
Antipodes1553552706 Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 You could try these guys http://www.mclpackaging.co.nz/. Out by the airport.
Ariki Padlie Posted October 25, 2010 Author Posted October 25, 2010 Thanks for that...they look to be pretty thorough packagers with crates which sound great. Still would need to organise freight as well though. Ive checked a few places online using their calculators and have had quotes as large as over $500 dollars...without insurance. Cheaper to buy a seat on a plane and strap em in hahaha.
