Brian Ono Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Not an excuse for some of these errors but...When I left school typing was left to typists.I never learnt to use a keyboard until much later in life.My mistakes are usually keyboard errors rather than spelling mistakes. If you didnt grow up with a keyboard its not as easy as it may seem.

ilikecrumpets Posted October 12, 2010 Author Posted October 12, 2010 "Mint in their box" You would expect a guy with this sort of $$ to have a modicum of intelligence, wouldn't you? http://www.trademe.co.nz/Electronics-photography/Home-audio/Amplifiers-tuners/auction-324081503.htm
Ernie1553552694 Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 "Mint in there box." sic. Money and brains usually go together, but sometimes not.

Tony Davey Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 that would be a seriously good domestic coffee machine if the reserve is circa $6-700

Ernie1553552694 Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 It really is a bunch of old carp. I did like the |55" LSD| though.
Tony Davey Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 But it has won 7 Home Theatre awards included the coveted "Best Buy Peoples Choice" in 2010. I wonder if the seller could provide the magazine names and publication dates for the awards? On a positive note, the current price (with reserve met) looks to be right on the money
Daddy Dom Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Electronics-photography/Home-audio/Turntables/auction-326861829.htm Okay, who admits to owning an "audiopile"? Hmmm....?
ilikecrumpets Posted October 26, 2010 Author Posted October 26, 2010 I was prescribed a course of wire brush and dettol for my audiopiles - all cured within 5 days.
Daddy Dom Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 Lordy, you guys are off on a whole new tangent! I had just presumed an "audiopile" was the result of acquisition disorder, not the result of staying in the listening chair far too long.
