Discovered this site (http://www.activecomponents.com/) while searching for some resistors to buy online.

They are a local partner for Mouser.com, so prices are the same as Mouser's (what I looked at) but shipping is a lot cheaper than Mouser's.

 

Activecomponents have free shipping on orders over NZ$100 and only NZ$6 shipping for orders under $100 as compared to Mouser's NZ$39.
