juliant Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 I have had this sitting in my cupboard for a few years - bought it off someone when I had a brief stint resurrecting my old Dual turntable, but dont forsee going the vinyl route. As far as I know if still works/worked last time I used it - how old are these things - 80's? If I was to sell what would be a fair asking price?

Time warp!! ......(Papa.. phono stage only) Early 80's from memory. Bought mine new from Lamphouse Cuba St, Welly when at Uni for $112.00....so that fits with the time frame.. one of my best buys' of the era, tucked initially on to my Fountain concert one;) . Still use it, last night in fact...still sounds OK to me. These were hot property at that time and second hand ones were snaffled quickly way back then.. But with other units available like the NAD PP2, Rega phono, Project phono box etc, possibly not as desirable these days, but you never know. I would have thought around $50.00 wasn't a bad start point for TM, but YMMV.. Could be interested if it is in good nick....
