paul300b Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Some free downloadable samples of the famous US valve/horn/turntable mag. Best mag ever! Buy the CD (I have) I esp. love the "never met a 2a3 amp I didn't like" article! http://www.enjoythemusic.com/magazine/sound_practices/
Owen Y Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I can endorse that. Only 16 issues ever published, get them all on a CD. Read 'em again & again.
paul300b Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 Cool Owen. How many others own this (and secretly print it out at work;) )
gortnipper Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 I just bought it a few weeks ago but have no way to secretly print it out
chopper30 Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Funny coincidence - I was looking at Vincent Gallo's movies on IMDB (after seeing him on that weird Steinlager ad) and in the trivia part it mentioned he wrote for Sound Practices. And thats how I found out about Sound Practices -only just last weekend. The internet is so random and yet so cool at the same time. Plus I should mention that was all done on my IPhone whilst lying on the couch. Brilliant!
Owen Y Posted June 11, 2010 Posted June 11, 2010 When you upgrade to the new iPhone4 you will be able to watch Vinnie Gallo movies on a new higher res display. Longer batt life too, I hear.
