Cheesemonger Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 Item: Apollo WT2 SE wall mounted two shelf Location: Adelaide Price: $200 ONO Item Condition: One brief owner Reason for selling: Renovation Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: See here, including pictures:- http://www.apollohifi.co.uk/p/wt2-se-tinted-glass?pp=24 New = £175 I mounted this and used it for about 6 months with a turntable on top and my Pro-Ject Box Control units on the bottom. Had to return the turntable (on loan from a relative), and am currently renovating so there is no room for this. There are a couple of small scratches on the glass (most significant one lower left of centre of image 3) which are obviously not really noticeable given it is mounted on the wall with units on top of it. This would be a bit of a pain to ship, so looking for a local buyer ideally, but happy to consider at buyers cost - will have to find the right sized box! (Blurb from site): The Apollo WT1 SE wall mounted two shelf module is a stylish and practical solution which every turntable or hifi component owner should invest in. By mounting your deck on the wall you can better isolate it from vibrations travelling up from the floor when compared with the usual shelf or sideboard setups. This 2 level rack is extremely sturdy and light and is designed to improve the soundstage and focus from your hifi equipment. The new SE version has an upgraded laser cut ultra-rigid box section design featuring oversized lower front crossbeams, so giving maximum rigidity. Four dampening gel pads are now included on each level that interface between the steel frame and glass shelf. These pads are designed to help control resonances that can effect electronic equipment by absorbing any residual high frequency mechanical energy. PLEASE NOTE- Due to the number of variables associated with wall types, wall mounting screws are NOT included. It is the owner’s responsibility to be sure that the installation of this support is completed safely and securely. All WT series supports are hand made in the UK. Apollo only use UK manufactured 6mm tougened glass made to BS6206A standard for this product. Pictures:
