I've only recently replaced the stylus and upgraded from the Ortofon OM5e to the OM10, which has been a noticeable improvement. I estimate the new stylus has less than 5 hours on it. I'm pretty sure I have everything that it came with, including the box, so I can pack it for shipping if you are prepared to pay the cost. Pictures:
