Stephen0804
My pre-order copy of Muse's new album "Simulation Theory" deluxe version arrived yesterday, when listening to the second side of the first LP (side beta) there is a almost scratch like sound every time the record rotates and is pretty much unlistenable. The first side and both sides of the second LP sound very good. im hoping that this issue is just with my copy and not every copy. i emailed warner music which is where i purchased it from and im currently waiting for their reply. has anyone else bought Muse's new album deluxe version? Did your copy have this issue?

BuzzzFuzzz
Hey Stephen. I've learned from experience that some new records are very dirty, sometimes requiring washing or detailed cleaning before playing. But, a sound from the same point across the record sounds like damage for sure. They should refund if you're not satisfied, my experience has been generally positive there. I have a couple that I wished I had returned, but procrastinated too long, and now have to bear with them. I picked up the standard release of 'Simulation Theory' a short while back, it sounds very good and I'm really loving the album. Go with your gut feeling. If you have that sunken feeling when playing a new record, instead of elation and joy, it's a pretty good sign and now I return ASAP if that happens. Good luck Man. No issues with the new copy
