Citroen Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 @progladyte I'm no prude but I'm sure some of those aren't G rated!
betocool Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 This... is actually not that bad (having seen the rest). It's still pretty bad though, a well deserved place on this thread.
metal beat Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 Is there a great album covers thread. I love this cover 2

They actually had to be good muso's to be able to play so badly! https://www.amazon.com/Music-Non-Thinkers-Guckenheimer-Sour-Kraut/dp/B00CEGKANA < The San Fran Bay Area's weirdest band of all is the Guckenheimers. Founded in 1949 by Richard Gump and friends, they mastered, then redefined the art of oompah music by playing slightly out of key, using irregular (some would say "lurching") rhythms and assaulting the ears with an infinite variety of wrong notes, squeaks, squeals, crashes and such. Here we are witness to the demolition of classics, venerable lieder (hosen) and JP Sousa. Our boys even wreck songs written especially for them.>

They actually had to be good muso's to be able to play so badly! This is the true paradox. I managed to play badly because I sucked but that sounds different. There were two DJs in Adelaide in the late 70s and early 80s who managed to slaughter music because one of them could play the piano well enough to play it badly. Its hard to explain..
blakey72 Posted November 30, 2018 Posted November 30, 2018 (edited) Had to edit this. Don't know if it's the worst or best....Pretty sure they are Australian Want to buy a vowel? Edited November 30, 2018 by blakey72 1 1
zenikoy Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 I'm sure it is "ironically" deliberate, but why put this on the outside on one the best albums of 2024?
