anotherdavid Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 Hi all Is there such a thing as bracket (for a display) that folds up to the ceiling when not in use? Had a look at the Selby Site, but couldn't see anything there thanks

pgdownload Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 What sort of thing are you thinking of? An arm that you can push around. Something that is recessed or just bolted on? Why not just attach a fixed bracket to the ceiling. Why the need to move the TV a few feet closer to you? Are you watching the TV while lying down looking up? Or more like at the foot of the bed? Did they ever get around to selling that TV that ?Regards Peter Gillespie

AV-R Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 Yeah there is definitely such a thing. Have used a number of them. As noted above search for Ultra lift. http://www.ultraliftaustralia.com.au/ They do all sort's of lifter's/flipper's/dipper etc. All great quality. I'd recommend getting it installed by someone who know's what they are doing though. AV-R

diesel Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 What about having some doors that could close over the TV (like cabinet doors) and you hang your dart board on to that. I presume it'd be easier than having all the moving parts, cables etc associated with a motorised stand?
