Peter B Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Who is responsible for the layout of the EPG, as displayed? I have a Sony Bravia running from a Panasonic HDD XW380, and the EPG is very hard to read, being a thin black font on a grey background. Is it up to the TV how it is displayed, or is it how the thing is sent out by the Free to air TV mob?
tonymy01 Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Until freeview MHEG5 comes about, the EPG is how your STB/PVR/TV manufacturer wants to display it. So blame Sony (huh, you said you have Sony but then panasonic. Obviously the EPG is on whatever box you press the EPG button on, which I guess is the Panasonic now after reading your message again).

Have emailed Panasonic so will see what they have to say.
