Lip Sync Out On All Hd Channels

Has anyone else noticed the Lipsync is out on HD channels only by a few miliseconds but i find it really annoying.

doesn't seem to be for me, though it could be my AVR auto-correcting the lipsync on the HDMI input

I have gone through my receiver to projector,

to taking a direct feed into a Plazma no difference.
