rebelstorm Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Hi everybody, I need a Battery Charger for Wii and have done research on the Net with all sorts of different opinions etc. I know there are 2 main options- either a AA battery charger or designated Wii charger. I bought a Bluetek dual Charger (9 in 1 Pack) and within a day the connectors have 'dropped' on one side, so I am taking it back. The batteries were only 800mah and also would appreciate opinions on what is a decent mah rating for Wii use. We only just got the Wii and don't play it for hours on end, but I would llike a decent charger obviously. I have seen the 'Blue Light' ones on ebay, but don't know what they are like. Eb Games have a 3rdEarth dual charger for around $25, but don't know them either. Any feedback on people's experience's with any chargers will be greatly appreciated. I am going back to the normal AA's for now. thanks, Rebel
MACCA350 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I've been using a Playmax Dual Remote charger from JB HiFi, looks like this one Comes with the charger, battery packs, modified battery covers and USB/Mains power connections. Never had a problem with it. cheers
mcduck Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 we do it the lazy way we have the energizer ones when they come on special we kind of wear them out no problems with them so far but we always keep so many AA's here for us it's the safest, least fight worthy option there is we have the Wii, PS3 and the X360 all with 4 controllers need to, when the kids friends hit here, the chargers can't keep up and why is it that when ever i want to take a photo, both cameras batteries need changing and there's no rechargables anywhere to be found?
