Can anybody tell me what error HP-11H means on a Foxtel IQ2 box??

The STU takes approx 30 minutes to show an image with sound from being switched on. Status ring is constantly on. I cannot live pause, record playback or set a reminder then the box continually locks up and wont do anything.

Still looking at Tuesday next week to get a teck in to look at it and maybe replace the box, it was reported last Friday........... :(

"Exceptional customer care" thats what Foxtel advertise and it takes a week and a half wait to change over a box?????
