Whenever I go into Movie One or Two's "Redspace" during "active" movies, selecting "Video Extras" during any movie lands me with Foxtel error F601: "This service is not available on this account".

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm subscribe to all of the movie channels, so there's no reason why a feature of them would not be included in my account... Also, it's Foxtel Brisbane cable with a Pace 420 box. :)
