I noticed the that 4400 episode that was on Foxtel on Demand was in full widescreen. Perhaps a sign of Sci-Fi increasing bandwidth and becoming WS as well?

Or a monkey's chance in hell?

There's a FAQ on the scifitv.com.au site saying that Sci-Fi will go WS 16:9 as of 1st of December. Anyone heard about this?

Yep been discussed is definitely widescreen from December
