petermanaena Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 (edited) I have a B&W LCR600 centre speaker that I would like to mount on the wall. It weighs 12.5kgs and its depth is 311mm. Does anyone know where I can get a wall mount that is inconspicuous? hi there, I had a similair problem mounting my jamo thx wall speakers, a mounting system put them too far off the wall compared to my plasma panel so my cabinet maker (who was building my new custom cabinet at the time)to make up two peices of custom wood with pre drilled holes and opening for the cable and fixed these to the wall and then the speakers to the plates. He finished them the same colour as the cabinet, very cheap but very neat. cheers, Peter Hobart Edited September 30, 2008 by petermanaena
CAVX Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Another trick is to use an extruded aluminum track (provided that you don't mind screwing one track to the back of the speaker) that you can find at Bunnings. The two halves are positioned so that gravity locks the two together. You can not see it from the front and it allows some tilt which is handy for Centre speakers that are placed below the screen...
