Best Setting For Samsung 52" Series 6?

Can owners of this model post the best picture setting? I've been playing around with mine and I cant put it back to default... and i cant find any "optimal settings" on the internet.

I found this setting to be the best ive had tried so far.Im very satisfied and I will stick with this one.
