Hi Fi Unit (with Glass Doors)

Hi all,

I am looking to buy a new (or used) Hi Fi cabinet with glass doors for my 2 channel system. I have checked out quite a few places here in Perth with no luck.

Something like the Selby HiFI rack (link follows) but I really need the doors to restrict/minimise my youngest children accessing. The doors don't need to be lockable.

Is wood an option?

Budget?

Where have you looked so far?

Wood is an option, although I would much prefer glass.

Budget ... up to $500 (or so).

Have been to HN and Ikea ... will try your other suggestions.

I have one of these but think the price was around a grand. Black glass top and tinted glass doors, remotes work no problems. Looks good with the Plasma on top.

They do cheaper models as well IIRC.
