MattyRid Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 Basically since this afternoon the iQ has had a tendency to freeze while watching a recording (any recording for that matter) yet although it's frozen I can still go back and watch any other channel (not a recording). Any reason for this?

Any reason for this? I have had problems on and off for about 4-5 months now...I ended up doing a 'system maintenance' on the HD and that did help. Could I reproduce the faults? No. I have found deleting off recordings, pulling the plug right out for a few minutes, and then forcing a firmware update have helped on occasion. Cheers Steve

LOU LOU Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Basically since this afternoon the iQ has had a tendency to freeze while watching a recording (any recording for that matter) yet although it's frozen I can still go back and watch any other channel (not a recording). Any reason for this? This has been happening to me over the last few days, and getting more frequent. Last night it happened 3 times, during different recorded programs. The only way to continue watching was to stop and resume play one minute past the freezing point. Not happy! Lou
