rareairunc Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 ok quite possbily the dumbest question you guys have ever heard, are hd dvd movies region locked? i want to get some hd dvd from amazon and deepdiscount.com and i know some blu ray are region locked but i am unsure of hd dvd can anyone help please
Alanpartridge Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 That's dissapointing as I have heard much dumber questions. HD-DVD is NOT region locked so go get those discs from overseas. The standard DVD's are region locked of course but there are firmware updates for HD players to get around that.
