Is this a good machine?

Looking to replace a rubbish Pioneer HD DVD Recorder with this or something similar.

Managed to find a some good priced machines so might take the leap of faith?

Can i record FOX onto this machine as i am doing this with the Pioneer?

My TV had built in HD Tuner, this will be bypassed using the beyonwiz right?

HELP i am so confused.

yes it's a good machine, it's a twin tuner High Def PVR that can record 2 programs at once. It can also play a wide variety of digital media from attached USB device or from a network PC or NAS. You can connect a separate USB connected device to record Foxtel, but not all that well.

Suggest you peruse the Beyonwiz forums, all of this is covered there. http://www.beyonwiz.com.au/phpbb2/index.php

No, suplemented would be a better term. You can still record on the Beyonwiz and watch another HD channel on the HD tuner in the TV. :D

I have on occassion done this very thing. Beyonwiz recording two shows and I'm stuck watching "live" TV using my TV tuner.

Most of the time though, I just use the BW tuners.
