fredofrog Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 Does anyone know of a recent change for Channel 7 off Forresters Beach TransmitotNoticed tonight that 7HDis running on ch354 rather than the previous 070 Dave If you have Prime already or 7 from another transmitter then 7 is sometimes listed in that range. I have all Prime Wyong as 350-354 and Prime Newc as 6,60-63 If you prefer 7 as 7/70 then you may need to clear out the list and start scanning afresh otherwise it makes no difference. I get NBN Wyong as 355 nut NBN Newc as 80
alanh Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 fiddler, For the Wyong, Station Logical Channel Number TEN65 1# ABHN37 2# SBS38 3# NRN56 5# (Not on Air) NEN59 6# ATN61 7# NBN68 8# TCN62 9# If no Logical Channel Number is transmitted the receiver will allocate one starting at 350. The last digit depends on the order, and number of times this signal is allocated. What has happened to the Prime's SD channel at Wyong? They can allocate for the HD channel 6## number. So if they wish they should allocate 60 to be consistent with other allocations. Do another rescan in a week just to see if they were in the process of changing things. AlanH
