miata Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 My iQ2 is installed. What I just found out is that I don't get ANY HD FTA channels until next year. I was told when I booked that I wouldn't be able to get 70 but not that I wouldn't get 90, 1 , 20 or 30. I specifically asked whether I would get the FTA channels and was told yes but that 70 wouldn't happen until the new satellite. I'm happy with the iQ2 but I'm fuming, I was counting on having the other FTA HD channels as well.

The tech must have mistaken you for a cable subscriber. Still a quick google would have shown you what you have just found out... -- It isnt foxtels fault, they just have no room on the satellite and the FTA stations have declined to agree to HD satellite retransmission.
