deanvinc Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 g'day! i'm looking at buying a small lcd for 50/50 use as both a computer monitor (general use, internet, photoshop) and a tv (for dvd, bluray, dtv, etc). i think i want to get 1080, but might settle for lower if someone puts up a convincing argument. am i correct in thinking that the smallest lcds i can get in 1080 are 26"? i think 26" is about the size i want anyway... considering these requirements (about 26", preferably 1080), does any one have any suggestions/comments about brands, models, or anything else? and what kind of price range should i expect? cheers guys! dean.
kulfi Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 The smallest 1920X1080 TV is 32". If you're thinking of 26", forget it. The only other option would be to get a monitor like the Viewsonic 28" or Dell and feed it through a media centre PC all the time.
