Apart from a billing error, I've never had any issues with them, but I haven't had to call them that often either. I booked my HD+ upgrade yesterday. I was on an old Digital Basic package that was grandfathered. As it no longer exists I needed to alter my Foxtel package to get the HD booked. Great, all done, process simple. Got home, went to switch my favourite channels on and found that I was now no longer subscribed to Sport, My World etc... Called Foxtel 131999 and got straight through to a CSA. We worked out what had happened and she tried to add the packages back. But as I have a pending order, she couldn't add any further services. I explained that if that was the case, I'd cancel the HD and have my channels back. I was put on hold and she came back after about 5 mins. She'd worked out that the only way to make the change was to change the package to Platinum...at no cost. Admittedly this equates to a few dollars of giveaway as I have HD booked for next Tuesday. We left it a few minutes and 'et voila', all my channels are back. I know Foxtel can be unbelievably bad and aren't universally held as the top end of customer service, but I was pretty happy with both the outcome and the response time.
