billing cycle is about every 27th of the month.

will be away for ~3 weeks from next week.

can i suspend the service for 3 weeks? Or only on the billing cycle? that is 27th May to 26th June, etc...

If not possible, if i ask to downgrade to the lowest cost option, is it done immediately?

Or per billing cycle only? etc...

You can suspend it, I believe its $5 a month
