Waz86 Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 (edited) Hey I placed and order with DVD Pacific 1 week ago for 3 blu-rays and I haven't heard any response yet. They haven't charged my credit card or even emailed me an order confirmation. Are they closing down or something? Is anyone having the same problem? thanks. Edited May 7, 2008 by Waz86
The D-Train Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 You should receive a confirmation email and also you should be able to log in and view your order. I made an order a couple of days ago and is all fine so far.

Waz86 Posted May 7, 2008 Author Posted May 7, 2008 Have you emailed off to them enquiring about your order? dvd pacific customer service is hopeless IMO, they never reply to any of my emails.

They only contact you once all the titles are in stock - if you log into your account you can see if any of the titles are still outstanding on your order In terms of their Customer Service it's never been anything but excellent in the 5 years that I've dealt with them Cheers Martin

bugsy_pal1503561260 Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I have had mixed experience with them. Their prices are rock bottom and hard to beat. However, their response times seem to be getting longer. I ordered 3 DVDs a couple of weeks ago, and heard nothing for a week. My order showed two items waiting to ship, and another on backorder, even though all 3 were listed as in stock at the time of my order. I emailed to ask about the backordered item, as it was for Mother's Day, and if it wasn't coming in soon, I would order it from elsewhere. They told me it would be in within a day or two. I waited and was then advised that the 2 discs they'd been holding fornearly two weeks had been shipped. No sign of the other item at all yet. I would rather go via Amazon - if something goes wrong with an order, they'll fix it straight away, whereas with DVD Pacific, getting a replacement can take a month or two.
tonyjg Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 Their prices are rock bottom and hard to beat. EXCEPT when they charge you EXTRA for a 2 disc set !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE SO when the weight difference is negligble !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah ive had that before. Dont believe the in stock part but more so what the order says.
