Is anyone else missing the EPG information on all SD digital channels in Melbourne? I used to get it not long ago, but this week it has disappeared from the info bar. All I get is the station name and the time. Could this be due to poor reception, or is it something to do with the information actually transmitted by the stations?

Thanks.

ALL information relating to a channel is broadcast in one mixed up stream of data (called a mux) - This includes the SD image, the HD image, the EPG, N&N, VPGs, etc. So if you're getting a picture you're getting everything that's being broadast. So in answer to your question it will be because either your STB is busted in this area or the networks are not transmitting the N&N info - I'd find the later unlikely as they all broadcast their info independantly.

I'm seeing Now & Next on channels 7, 9, 10.

I'm also seeing EPG up to 4:30 AM friday on ABC.

Thanks, guys. I'll have a closer look at my STB. I might have changed a setting without noticing. Funny thing is, though, that N&N started disappearing from the commercials before it did the ABC.

OK, problem fixed. What was needed was a reboot of the STB. This is the first one since I've owned it (1.5 months), but it looks as though it won't be the last!

Thanks again for your help.
