Oh dear, I never thought it would be so hard.

Searched through dvdplaza.com.au for the cheapest price for polar express. Picked a site infocusdvd.com.au.

Placed an order on the 13/04 paid by direct deposit. On my shipping address I made a mistake with the suburb. I promptly mailed them.

On their site is written: **Best contact method is by email. We respond to email extremely quick during the hours of 7.00am and 9.00pm, Sydney Time. I hadn't received a response by the end of the day so I mailed them again. I received a reply on the 17/04 to say that my order had shipped. To which I replied to ask if the shipping address was corrected due to my mistake. I was replied to within 5 mins confirming that it was shipped to the original incorrect address. I replied with my displeasure citing that I had mailed twice asking for the address to be corrected.

Another reply came stating that it has been changed to the correct one and posted ( express post) I waited until about midday yesterday no HD DVD showed. I mailed again to ask if it had shipped and to please confirm the address. As of midday today no HD DVD and no response. I have since mailed again today no response. Not a good experience so far! It's only $35 but I expect if there are issues to be notified and to be responded to promptly via mail especially when they claim a fast response on their site.

I would not recommend these guys.

I ordered Kiss Kiss Bang Bang HD DVD from them.

It was showing as "In Stock" when I ordered.

They debited my credit card immediately.

After a week of it not turning up I emailed them.

I received a reply a couple of days later saying it was on back order :blink:

I thought about cancelling but couldn't be bothered.

It finally turned up about 2.5 weeks after I placed my order.

Cheers guys. Guess what just turned up! Hey, I will give anyone a go. I will also allow for problems/issues etc as long as I am kept in the loop.
