viewer1503559544 Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 A mate is getting a new pc and wants to know if all new DTV-T cards all have HD in them, or does he have to shop specifically to avoid getting one that only plays SD? Thanks...
viewer1503559544 Posted April 18, 2007 Author Posted April 18, 2007 There is no such thing as a SD only DVB-T card. Thankyou...that's the answer I hoped for
Mcrackn Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 Although the software with the card may not play HD
renura Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Although the software with the card may not play HD And if it does not have BDA drivers, probably nothing else will
murrayt Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Renura Not really a true statement is it, let's be honest. A number of applications work very well wthout BDA drivers. And Ye Olde DNTLive worthy as it may be (in some quarters) won't function without a DNTL card present, even with BDA drivers being present for another card. So it is six of one and half a dozen for the other.
