Well guys,

After abit more tinkering (like moving around position of components, hiding chords, changing connections etc etc I now am pretty damn happy with my HT set up and the way it looks and sounds. As such I thought i would share some completed pictures with you all.

For those of you familiar with my previous pics you will notice how much i have managed to hide my cables thanks to some wonderful suggestions by Al. This saved me spending another small fortune on a new cabinet and have improved the look 100%. Cable management really is the biggest improvement you can make.

I have also moved my mains out a fraction further (as much as space would allow) and i have noticed they sound slightly 'tighter'. Part of the reason i chose the symphonix is they are made to sit within 300mm of walls which has proved to be very handy. I am still yet to bi-wire my mains but will hopefully get around to that this weekend, again i believe this makes an incredible difference after talking to the Krix boys (very very helpful) and reading the forum.

I have found my set up to be the best of both worlds with 2ch and HT as we are pretty much 50/50 split between them. The BW sub is nice and tight being sealed and the Krix and rotel gear match perfectly imo

Still have a few small spaces left to fill in my rack which sure shouldnt be a problem  , as i am eyeing of a tuner and a HDDVD player....Thanks again everyone for all the input, I am one happy chappy.

Just a suggestion, why dont you paint out the wall that the panel is on, in that slate grey colour on the left wall, and change the blind colour to suit. Just a suggestion, looks great...

Thanks for the positive comments all :D

Not a bad suggestion kook. I hate those front windows but we bought the house straight of a builder and it was pretty much in its finished state when we bought it, otherwise i would have had those windows taken out. I also wanted to have the panel and mains on that wall so they 'fire' back towards the house and not onto the front street.

Im still looking for something more effective than the current roman blinds to put on those windows, but so far havent had too much luck.

I can hear my fiancee gasping something about "feature walls" from here.

It looks excellent, even better when you find a solution for those blinds, and welcome to the neat and tidy club!.

Very nice syrem LTD .Just a suggestion but you might want to pull the main speakers out of the corners a bit as that's about the worst place you can put them.
