can somebody tell me what the diff is between rgb and rgb-video is.

i have a panasonic dvd recorder,eh60

By RGB-Video you're probably referring to what's meant in this link:

Many TVs have a 'computer' RGB connection, but for some reason very few have a 'tv' compatible version.

but this is a input on the panasonic,on the setup option eh60 model

you can pick from rgb-video or you can pick rgb,this is the input selection on the scart input plug,av1

as well as s-video ,but i wanted to know which would be the better option when recording from from fox digi,

they wouldn't put 2 diff things on a selection if they meant they same thing,
