Peterpack Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 This particular TV should be going for around 1000 dollars !
Peterpack Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 look at this ! http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Panasonic-127cm-50-...1QQcmdZViewItem 25 bids you can get a NEW PX600A for close to 3 grand, this tv which is an old model , not new and doesn't have an inbuilt tuner should be going for $1500! Now isn't putting 6599 as an RRP fraud ?

bac Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 look at this !http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Panasonic-127cm-50-...1QQcmdZViewItem 25 bids you can get a NEW PX600A for close to 3 grand, this tv which is an old model , not new and doesn't have an inbuilt tuner should be going for $1500! Now isn't putting 6599 as an RRP fraud ? The RRP quoted in the listing is referred to as ORRP (presumably Original RRP), with a footnote at the bottom which says the ORRP is the RRP at the time of the product's launch! Misleading? Certainly. Fraudulent? No. Personally, I have little sympathy for anyone prepared to fork out thousands on eBay for a refurbished, superceded product if they can't be bothered to do a little research first. Cheers, BAC
