angelus512 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Looked around but can't really find a specific thread dealing with how best to hookup one's PC to their Pana via DVI/HDMI cable. All i can imagine is set your reso to 1280x720 and the refresh to 60hz or whatever it was and away you go.... But looking for feedback from those that have done it? Because i'm going to be attempting to do it later today.

Yet to get good results especially from the HD tuner in the HTPC. PQ is very poor compared to even an SD STB. Ive tried component, vga, and HDMI at varying resolutions and refreshes of which VGA is probably the best so far. Currently downloading latest nvidia drivers for my 7900gs in the hope it will improve things. If you just want to use it as a PC screen make sure its at the panels native res of 1024*768, 1280*720 should be for DVD and DTV
