AndrewWilliams Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 Rove is 50fps this week and looks the proper colour. The HD is still quite a bit blurrier than David & Kim but not too bad. I guess their cameras in that studio aren't HD.

This means SD programming is upconverted to 1080i - but since it is sourced from SD, it in no way can match the quality of native HD. Edit: Read your post on the other Rove thread, you're watching on SC10. Not sure why they're upconverting it, then.

I know that but i was wondering what andrew meant? I know 10 upconvert 24/7.

AndrewWilliams Posted April 8, 2007 Author Posted April 8, 2007 Yes, normally only HD material is shown on SC10 because of the lack of any advertising. I think somebody at SC10 must have just assumed Rove was HD.
